window of Alpha Five. Default use toggles between Form and
Browse.

select save option on the following link: Download Script
To import the code into Alpha Five, go to the Alpha Five Control Panel,
click on the Code
tab, then from the menu, select Code,
then Import...
and then enter in or navigate to the downloaded file
