Consulting

Alpha 5 and Alpha 4 support is generally provided by Phone, e-mail and remote access (via ultraVNC (free GNU Software), Symantec PCAnywhere and similar).  Onsite support is available as needed.  Support is billed in 15 minute intervals, minimum time is 15 minutes plus expenses at current rates. Payment methods must be determined in advance. For additional long-term support, please inquire via E-mail, phone or mail.
